How should I use Prep2Go?
Recommended order:
1. Mock preview — browse every section screen and a sample AI report on the mock landing (start here).
2. Fix the gap the mock exposes — usually vocabulary: one-time Anki deck, or daily cards in the iPhone app (All Access is included with Prep2Go Pro — same email).
3. Full AI readiness reports — mock pack (3 scored runs, one-time) if you want section feedback and a weak-skill plan before exam day; Pro also includes 1 timed mock.
4. Prep2Go Pro — guided web practice plus the iPhone app and 1 timed mock; not as the first purchase if you only need reports.
Do not buy another course or deck until the mock tells you where you are weak.
What is the mock test?
A full-length exam simulator for your track (sections, timing, and format). Guests browse a screen-by-screen preview and sample AI report on each mock landing — no sign-up.
For full timed runs — per-section scores, pass/fail against official rules, writing/speaking feedback, and a repair plan — buy the mock report pack (3 runs, one-time), or use the 1 timed mock included with Prep2Go Pro.

What are the Anki decks and iPhone app?
Both help with last-mile vocabulary after a mock shows that words are the gap — but they are not the same product.
They do not replace a mock. Use them to repair vocabulary while you re-test readiness.
When do I need Prep2Go Pro?
Get Pro when the mock report shows multiple weak skills and you want weeks of guided repair — reading/listening/writing on the website plus iPhone app All Access (same email). Grammar reference guides stay free. Pro includes 1 timed mock; buy the mock pack for more scored runs.
You do not need Pro to buy an Anki deck or unlock the mock report pack. Pro is for guided repair — not your only path to a timed mock.

Can I get a refund?

CIPLE vs DELE — which is harder?
Both test A2 level. CIPLE has a strict 25% minimum per section — fail one section, fail the whole exam. DELE uses pair scoring (Reading+Listening, Writing+Speaking) with 30/50 per pair and 6.25/25 per skill, plus 104/200 overall. The formats differ: CIPLE listening is played once over speakers with background noise; DELE has different task types. Most students find the difficulty similar — it's the format that trips people up.

What's the recommended prep order?
1. Browse the mock preview (/practice-exam).
2. If vocabulary is weak → Anki deck (one-time) or the iPhone app (All Access included with Pro).
3. If you want full AI reports before exam day → mock pack (3 runs).
4. If multiple skills need weeks of repair → Prep2Go Pro (web practice + iPhone app).
Book your official exam slot early — popular centres sell out — but do not guess your readiness; preview first, then mock.
What's the best way to learn vocabulary for the exam?
After a mock shows vocabulary as the gap: use the iPhone app for daily cards without Anki setup, or buy an Anki deck from the shop (one-time). Re-run the mock when your deck is halfway through to see if scores moved.
How long does preparation take?
It depends on your starting level — the mock tells you faster than a generic timeline.

When should I book my exam date?
Book your slot before you feel "ready" — centres (especially Lisbon for CIPLE) sell out quickly. Then use Prep2Go mocks to decide when you are safe to sit the real exam.
Do not wait until you feel fluent; wait until mocks show consistent pass scores in every section.
What if I fail my exam?
You can retake at the next session (full fee again for most exams). Before rebooking, run another mock and fix the section that failed — often listening or writing format, not raw language level.

Can I switch between exams on Pro?

I already speak the language. Do I still need Prep2Go?
Probably yes — for the **mock**, not another course. Speaking the language and passing the exam are different skills.
Native-level speakers often fail because of timed sections, exam-style listening (played once, background noise), or scoring rules (CIPLE 25% floor, DELE pair scoring, DTZ/DELF per-skill minimums).

Will I become fluent using Prep2Go?
No — and that is not the goal. Citizenship and residency exams test a fixed level (A2, B1, or B2): everyday phrases, simple documents, typical situations.
Prep2Go gets you the certificate. Fluency comes from living in the country afterward.

DELE is recognized worldwide by governments, employers, and educational institutions across 20+ Spanish-speaking countries. It is the only official Spanish language diploma issued by Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Spanish Ministry of Education. How does DELE A2 scoring work?
Four skills worth 25 points each (200 total). Pass needs 104/200 overall, 30/50 in each Grupo (Reading+Listening, Writing+Speaking), and 6.25/25 in every skill. Looking strong overall still means fail if one pair or skill floor is short.

What is DELE A2?
DELE A2 (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is the official Spanish A2 certificate issued by Instituto Cervantes.
